The Elevate Teen Back to School BBQ is a Blackstreet Foundation community event designed to bring young people together in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Youth will have the opportunity to reconnect with friends, meet new people and celebrate the start of a new school year through games, food, music and interactive activities. The event is primarily designed for youth ages 10–18, with priority registration for participants from Elevate Teen 2026. Other youth are also welcome, and parents may attend with younger children. Our target is approximately 50 youth. The event will take place on a Saturday in September 2026, with the final date and location to be confirmed.

Elevate Youth 2026: Career & Future Summit is a Blackstreet Foundation initiative designed for young adults ages 18–25. The summit will bring together professionals, recruiters, entrepreneurs and mentors for practical sessions on career readiness, financial literacy, networking, entrepreneurship and the future of work. Participants will benefit from professional panels, recruiter insights, workshops and a Career Clinic featuring résumé, LinkedIn, interview and mentorship support. The preferred event date is Saturday, October 24, 2026 in Ottawa, with a target of approximately 50 participants.

Building on the impact of LOSI 1.0 and 2.0, LOSI 3.0 will provide financial assistance to eligible students from financially challenged backgrounds toward their May/June 2027 WAEC examination fees. The initiative reflects our commitment to ensuring that financial hardship does not prevent promising young people from completing an important stage of their education and pursuing further academic opportunities. The number of beneficiaries, participating schools, selection criteria and application details will be announced soon.
