Founder's Bio: Lanre Ojelabi

Lanre Ojelabi is a finance professional and community leader dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Having navigated life’s challenges, from education and career growth to immigration and family transitions, I understand the importance of guidance and support.

He founded Blackstreet Foundation to create the mentorship and opportunities he once needed, helping young people, newcomers, and anyone in transition build confidence, direction, and a strong future.

At the Blackstreet Foundation (Lanre Ojelabi Empowerment Foundation), our mission is to break every barrier to education, economic independence, personal development, and social success within the Black community. We believe that with the right opportunities, knowledge, and support systems, every individual can rise to their highest potential.
